Electrical Installation, De-Installation, Service and Repair Fees

New House Wiring Fees.

Labour Charges for making Light/Fan/Exhaust Fan/Call bell/Switch/Socket point ₹ 160 per point. (Average length of wire 4 meters )

Laying Wiring for Circuit/Submain Circuit fees

Labour Charges for laying Phase,Neutral and Earth wires ₹ 16/- per meter.

Labour Charges for Installation

DB ₹ 320/- per Unit.

Fixing of MCB with wiring ₹ 60/- per Unit.

Labour Charges for Installation is ₹ 400 per Unit.

TV Wall Installation Fees.

AC Installation, De-Intallation, Service and Repair Fees

AC Installation-Split and window Fees.

Split A/C upto 2.5 ton ₹ 1600

Window A/C upto 2.5 ton ₹ 600

Involves standard installation with no alterations. Any alteration or material will be charged extra with prior information and approval of the client.
Any Civil, Carpentry, Electrical & Fabrication work is not in our Scope.

AC De-Installation-Split and window Fees.

Split A/C ₹ 800

Window A/C ₹ 500

Involves standard Dismantle with no alterations. Any alteration or material will be charged extra with prior information and approval of the client.

AC Dry Service Fees

Split A/C ₹ 600

Window A/C ₹ 400

Services involve in Dry Service:

Removing & cleaning the filters with water
Cleaning the indoor and outdoor unit with blower

Involves standard installation with no alterations. Any alteration or material will be charged extra with prior information and approval of the client.

AC Wet Service Fees

Split A/C ₹ 800

Window A/C ₹ 500

Services involved in Wet Service :
Cleaning of indoor unit filters, coils, blades and outer panel.
The outer unit will be cleaned of debris and bird droppings at installation place only and wherever possible.
Drain pipe will be checked of any leakages
Cleaning space for the servicing like yard/balcony/ bathroom has to be provided by the customer
High-pressure jet will not be used as it may damage the electricals.

Please Note:
Wet servicing doesn’t guarantee improved cooling.

AC Gas Charging (Top-up only) Fees

Split A/C ₹900

Top Up Gas Charging does not guarantee improvement in cooling, a complete breakdown service is recommended
No rework & warranty is applicable for Gas Top Up

AC Gas Charging (Complete) Fees

Split A/C upto 2 ton ₹ 3200

Window A/C upto 2 ton ₹ 27000

Our technician will check for any leakages first. Gas Charging will be effective only after leakages are repaired.

Gas charging involves complete gas charging only.

In case if our technician found problem in any of the coil (indoor/outdoor) if need to be replaced and customer denied from the service at that time customer has to pay RS 500 as a pressure Testing charge
